Riyadh, KSA – January 2010: Hospitality Concepts and Solutions is proud to announce the award it has recently received from the US Department of Commerce, a "Certificate of Appreciation for Achievement in Trade". The award is in recognition of the organization's dedication in supporting the U.S. franchise industry in Saudi Arabia. It was held last January 24, 2010 at the Outback Steakhouse Restaurant in Riyadh.
The award was given to the Managing Partners, Ziad Kaddoura and Mohamed Charafeddine: “We are very happy, by the Grace of God, to have been able to have the Outback Steakhouse opening in Riyadh and to have been selected by many franchisers to represent them throughout the region. The event was attended by trade associations, US government agencies and other American partners in supporting trade between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America. Two other groups were also awarded at the said function, the Agent for GM and Pepsi and the Agent for Ford.

MBCo opens its 1st store in Arabian Ranches
Montreal Bread Company (MBCo) first franchised store in the middle-east had its soft-opening on March 11, 2009 in Arabian Ranches (AR). Strategically lo¬cated at the entrance of AR Retail Cen¬ter, MBCo provides a unique, relaxed, casual dining experience. The menu which is comprised of classy bread art sandwich collection and variety of fresh salads is a replicate of the offerings in MBCo located in Montreal, Canada.
