This sauce was invented in 1941 by Freddy Dumont in Geneva
, who used a secret blend of 12 ingredients to produce the
perfect match for Entrecote. They now operate restaurants
in Geneva , Paris , US and Dubai . The sauce still remains
a well kept secret event though some new restaurants are
using it. The simplicity of the menu and settings makes
that of a perfect dining experience. The restaurant style
portrays a fine dining experience while delivering the
highest quality steak at a most affordable price, without
compromising on service time, allowing a very high seat
turnover for both lunch and dinner.
