Feasibility Study provided on building a 4 Star, boutique Hotel or a service apartment in the business bay area. The study included primary market research with tour operators on future plans, an extensive financial analysis of the proposed development components and recommendations on the facility specifications.

Residential Complex in Riyadh - KSA

Market study and prospective Financial Analysis for a proposed land in Riyadh - KSA. The feasibility study included a fully recommendation for potential leaving villas, apartment, both furnished and unfurnished. A full analysis of short term lease has also been evaluated.

Sea Front 5 Star Hotel Complex

Client representation and contract negotiations, including contract structure and negotiation service. We were retained by a developer to undertake a due diligence for a resort, country club and marina and to prepare a valuation on completion. We also assisted the developers of the resort with the financing aspects of the project. We were commissioned to secure an international hotel operator for a four star destination resort project in United Arab Emirates and to assist in the negotiation of the detailed management contract terms and conditions for the operating agreement. 

Resort Hotel Feasibility Study , Bahrain

For a private sector company carried out a market and financial appraisal for a proposed resort hotel in Bahrain .

Health Resort and Spa

An exclusive health resort in Jordan was under consideration. We were commissioned to undertake the study and carried out an assessment of similar and competitive facilities around the world. The study examined the potential target markets for such a facility and determined demand trends, including a potential customer survey. A financial evaluation was undertaken to determine the commercial potential for the facility.

 We were commissioned to provide advice to a potential hotel developer in the Gulf on the choice of hotel Management Company. In addition, the Firm assisted in the negotiation process to secure the management agreement for the operation of the property.

 The Wave in Oman

We were commissioned by an Omani developer to undertake a market evaluation and financial analysis of a proposed 4 star beachfront resort in the new upcoming wave project in Muscat , the capital of Oman .

Durat AlBahrain - Consulting with the Sales team on F&B

The firm prepared an investment appraisal from an existing market feasibility study on the project and updated financial projections and tourism demand forecasts. This investment appraisal was presented to a variety of potential investors from GCC countries and a suitable financial structure completed.

A Lebanon based three star hotel management company required a market study of Lebanon . The study included a review of the existing and planned future developments to the supply and an evaluation of past and future trends in demand for three star accommodations. We conducted extensive market research into the competitive supply and prepared market demand projections for the three star accommodation segment.

Dubai Palm - Hotels and Restaurants – Represented a Qatari group regarding investment in the Atlantis Hotel on the Jumeirah Palm

The firm was retained by a local group to undertake a feasibility study for the investment in the Atlantis project. This study included the development of an investment strategy and evaluation of future earnings and profitability.

Al-Taj Mall – F&B and Hotel Retail Consulting

HC&S have been commissioned by the mall owner to provide the consulting of the retail planning aspect of the mall, in addition to leading the operational design and the retail selection process.

Feasibility provided on setting up a rotating city in Dubailand, comprising of Hotel, a Mall, and residential Complexes.
